Payment and the completed booking, liability-waiver form should be mailed only
after your telephone reservation has been
accepted.

Allow for mailing time.

|
Reservations not paid within 14 days will
be cancelled.

No exceptions.

NOTE
that on-site parking is limited
and restricted to one free space per
table. It is essential after dropping off your equipment that you move your car to the ample mall parking across the street, we—and you—lose customers when there is no close-by parking available.
Additional
assistants arriving AT SET UP TIME will be charged $20.00

The Association and show organiser provide reasonable
security with designated security staff and a single visitor entrance/exit
that is continually video-taped. Despite these precautions thefts can and
do occur at swap meets. You are responsible for your table(s). Keep ALL
high value items in a showcase. Do not allow more items out than you can
continually monitor. Alert the organisers and other table holders if you
see any suspicious behaviour. STAY ALERT AND BE CAUTIOUS
The undersigned agrees to waive all claims against
the Western Canada Photographic Historic Association, its officers and the
show organiser, Siggi Rohde, for any loss sustained by him/herself or
his/her representatives. All
items shown or offered for sale are done so at the sole risk of the
exhibitor or table renter.

Rental
No
Saturday set-up. Seller can set up from 7:30 am on the show day. Loading
area parking limited to 10 minutes. Tables not claimed before 8:45 may be
reassigned without refund. Please attend your table all day and do not
leave before 4 pm. Tables will NOT be rented to persons doing so only to
gain early admittance. Please collect and take away your garbage.
Everything must be cleared from the hall by 5 PM. Your help stacking
tables is appreciated.
